Movers

Truck Drivers:

• Essential for pick-up and delivery of furniture
• Must be at least 25 years old
• Must have a clean driver's license
• Need to commit 2 to 3 hours of time per truck run

Truck Crews:

• Essential for loading/unloading truck
• 2-3 people needed per truck run (may include driver)
• Must have a strong back
• Need to commit 2 to 3 hours of time per truck run

Warehouse Workers:

• Sort and prepare donated items for distribution: linens, housewares,
  lamps and small appliances, bed frames, furniture

Shakers

Board Members:

• Must be passionate about our mission
• Participate in monthly board meetings
• Serve actively on at least one committee:
  Outreach, Finance, Warehouse, Ad-Hoc
• Work enthusiastically to promote HFP
• Support HFP financially

Experience in any of the following would be helpful:
Public speaking, computer skills, electronic communications (newsletter, website, database), volunteer coordination, marketing, business and community contacts, fundraising, accounting, construction (carpentry, electrical work), legal.

• Office Staff to answer phones, filing, general clerical work
